Dane was very cooperative in an attempt to determine an intermittent issue with my 2020 Acadia which demonstrated cold engine starting difficulties and subsequent occasional loss of the rear camera, navigation system, radio and front cabin climate control. After $221 for diagnostic labor, a new battery was installed even though the original battery voltage tested GOOD, even under load conditions. Result: the rear camera continues to be intermittent, even though the recall cable replacement had been completed months earlier.
