My truck was brought in to replace the front left wheel barring. Even tho I knew that was the issue I still paid for a diagnostic which seems unfair but whatever. On my drive home from pickup, my truck started making noises as if it was falling apart underneath. I came back and the gentleman that scheduled my appointment got in to ride with me so he could see what I was experiencing. During our ride around the corner the noise started back up and as I was approaching the red light, I could not stop! I was pressing the brake all the way down but I couldn’t stop so I swerved left to avoid hitting the cars in front of me. I then slowly drove back to the service department and they “fixed the issue”. I was terrified to drive away but was assured that it was safe to drive. This weekend during a trip to Albion, I discovered that once I drive on the highway my truck starts to shake.

Tony H was great he kept me updated with what was being done to my car . And let me know the price to fix a part before ordering it . Plus he mentioned for me to check on my points to use what the points I have to lower cost of repairs. The check in personal was very professional and polite.
